Lunchtime Groove is a 50 minute
movement fitness class that draws on a variety of contemporary dance styles including
belly dance, disco, modern, line dancing, you might even see the macarena! Each class will include a short warmup, a dance
session to get your heart pumping, a gentle cool down, and a whole lot of fun!
Lunchtime Grove is open to adults
(18+) of all genders, no dance experience necessary.
